HU control

It was found that the screen inputs aren't working for HTML5 that is why I have added configuration option HU control which means Head Up Control, which is by default enabled. Screen is being divided into 9 regions. In order to make the ball move just touch the region. I hope that the control is self explaining and intuitively clear.
